A jack-of-all-trades, Olivier designs everything from restaurant furniture to his own clothes. Some clients now pay him to design their furniture, homes, and clothes, which provides another source of freelance income. Olivier now does this kind of work between restaurant projects, but doesn't rule out the possibility of moving solely into design work.
