Be nice. Clearly Chris' friends didn't come on board just because they thought they'd become famous or because he was working on a cool movie. He treated them well. Now if "nice" isn't your style and you don't work in a social business like filmmaking (you're an IP, after all), I hear you. Still, it pays to be nice.
